Why do you need an Energy Performance Certificate:

For most people, when selling (or buying) a home, you are entering into one of the most important transactions you will ever make, so it is even more important that all parties are aware of all the details. For the buyer, they will know what it costs to run the home and what measures may be taken to lower the costs. For the seller, estate agent and solicitors, having a Home Information Pack and Energy Performance Certificate at hand will prevent any delays in the transactional process leading to an easier and quicker exchange of contracts.

We provide all of our customers with a swift, professional, impartial and honest service, comfortable in the knowledge that we are supported by partnerships with professional companies and accredited bodies.
Once contacted by a client, we endeavour to conduct our inspection within 48hrs of that instruction at a mutually convenient time. We are also able to offer out of hours inspections to suit your needs. On completion of the inspection, the EPC will be produced within 24hrs to ensure that there is no delay in the compilation of the Home Information Pack, enabling the end user to market the property without delay.
